POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be a part of a dynamic Human Resources team, responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment and actively supporting employee benefits administration. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive employee experience through responsive benefit support.

CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES

· Coordinates full-cycle recruitment process.

· Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.

· Oversees the maintenance of all organizational job descriptions.

· Sources qualified candidates through various channels – job boards, social media, and professional networks.

· Conducts new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding activities, including exit interviews.

· Supports the administration of all employee benefit programs, to include medical, dental, vision, 403(b), and supplemental plans.

· Provides frontline support for employee benefit inquiries, delivering timely and accurate information.

· Communicates with benefit vendors and brokers to resolve employee concerns.

· Reviews, reconciles, and processes benefit related invoices.

· Collaborates with finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing related to employee benefit changes.

· Assists in the coordination of the annual Open Enrollment process.

· Prepares and delivers HR-related reports to management.

· Ensures all electronic employee records are maintained and up to date.

· Contributes to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, employment law, and EEO compliance.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of group health plans.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and payroll procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Paycom experience preferred.
  • Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgement and initiative.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

o Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources.

o Professional HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP), preferred.
